OT - Finally performed the Anova sous vide cooler hack

Had been meaning to do this for a long while, but the undertaking was significantly delayed while I waited for an Amazon-order-gone-sideways - the keyhole saw and mandrel - to come through. 

Once I marked the desired hole placement, it took all of 90 seconds to cut and sand edges....
