Thx, all.  It was good eats.  And pretty simple when it comes down to it.

Highly recommend charring/roasting the peppers on the egg -- that was the Prince's idea (and execution, and he also made the guac).  Gonna avoid the stove-top saute method whenever possible now.

Hard to beat over fire and iron.  So much better than Rachel Ray's saute fajitas.

Looks killer! @HendersonTRKing what's your gameplan on those peppers? Do you just leave them on til they soften up?  I'll definitely have to give this a shot.

Hot fire, cast iron, let them blister and char on all sides, put under foil or in a paper bag for a few minutes and the skin slides right off. Quick, easy and delicious.
