Aloo Gobagain (oh, and there's meat, too)

Threw together another batch of aloo gobi this afternoon. Again, no potatoes due to dietary discipline (I am now just a whisker over 17 stone today), but otherwise, pretty typical recipe.
For an added twist, I dumped the cauliflower on the driveway before cooking.
(Onions and cumin getting going)
(Mise en Yeti)
(Simmering in a paella pan)
(A chunk of SRF ribeye outer loop (spinalis) on the fire)
(Plated, steak sliced for precise measurement (I am allowed 170g, and there is 170.000g on the plate), served w the aloo gobi and baby bok choi)
(Outer loop close up)
(Bonus pic - An alarming grocery cart, all veg except the WW flour (which I’m not even eating). I don’t even recognize myself anymore)
Thanks for looking.

Looks good from here.
From the title, I thought you had thrown in some eggplant (baingan) this time. Which would taste great.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
