Aloo Gobagain (oh, and there's meat, too)

Threw together another batch of aloo gobi this afternoon. Again, no potatoes due to dietary discipline (I am now just a whisker over 17 stone today), but otherwise, pretty typical recipe. 

For an added twist, I dumped the cauliflower on the driveway before cooking.

From the title, I thought you had thrown in some eggplant (baingan) this time. Which would taste great.

You are right about that.  I have seen recipes with peas, which would be great, but I couldn't find fresh, but eggplant would be a win as well.
