We had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Max yesterday after 15 amazing years. He was there when I graduated high school, college, first job and got married. He was more than a friend to us. To say will miss him would be an understatement. Will try to post more photos as I come across them (15 years is a lot of pictures). Thanks yall  :bawling:

One of my favorites from Mark Twain - 'A dog is a gentleman, I hope to go to his heaven, not mans'.

If you haven't loved a dog, you haven't lived. Sorry for you loss.

Pat and I fully understand your grief. Unlike you we have lost 4 of our Westies at the age of 12. Unfortunately while we thought we had 2 more years we lost our last little guy at age 10.

As as life goes on we now have Westie #5 who just turned 1 year old in April.

It is tough, for sure, and 15 years is a fantastic ride.  Enjoy the memories, they will give you joy as time passes.
