    Yeah and the "Great for Braise" had me cracking up when I first saw it.  @lousubcap this will need the cold water bath for sure.  I was gonna pull it out a week or two ago, but this family beach trip came up and blocked me.  Now the tropical storm has everything lining up just right for a nice brisket cook Monday!

    @lousubcap, @bgebrent, @thetrim -  look what came home from Costco.  Due to other commitments this weekend, I'll plan to get this on the egg about midnight tonight.  I'll post pics and details of the cook. Hoping for the best.
