The most interesting thing to come out of Ann Arbor in long time. Impressive group of speakers/chefs. Anyone going or has been? I hated to put this in OT because bacon is always on topic.

    Great read/event right there. That would be most enjoyable.  
    Have never been but I find Zingerman's coffee spice rub to be eggcellent.  Oldest son used to live in Ann Arbor so he would buy several bottles for me.  He's making a road trip this summer and the rub is on the list.  Too bad his trip does not align with the above.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    I wish I could go and report back, fellas, as I'm only an hour north of A2.  I'm still heavily engaged with my Mom's health problems and can't afford to take the time.  If not for that, the combination of bacon and Zingerman's is as irresistible as moths to a porch light.
