Beef and Shrimp Kabobs

Tonight did shrimp and beef kabobs separate from each other. They came out great.. Did everything at 350 direct over the heavy grates. I used beef fillet and 15 count shrimps... Has anyone done them together at the same time?

I never mixed them, may be a problem as they take different times to cook.
Was you beef tender? I stopped making beef kabobs as I can't get the beef tender, I'm not too good at marinating.Dave

Yeah, the beef was awesome! I always use fillet for kabobs because they usually get really dry fast! I just powder them in garlic powder, pepper and kafta seasoning and cook them for 5 mins total at 350. Super easy and fast, but hate having to stage it all... the shrimp cooks just about the same time... but never chance cooking them simultaneous
