Smoked Spiral Cut Ham
I did this the other week it was a spiral cut ham that I smoked low and slow for about 22 hours. I didn't really add anything to it till the end I used the sauce packet that came with it. This thing was hard to take off because it started falling apart before I could move it much. It started falling apart while I was cooking it and some of the Alice's ended up becoming ham jerky that tasted just like the ham but had the texture of jerky it was really good.

Looks good, I usually do mine for 30 hours at 350
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Nice I usually do the 24 hours and it will just fall apart I have done a full ham and took it off after 24 hours and u could wat it like string cheese because it would just pull apart into strands

I am completely serious with those cook times I put the egg on low temp and just keep it that low without messing with the meat much and just let it go by the time I go to take it off it's a struggle to get off because it just wants to fall apart usually u can eat it with a spoon lol
