Asian-Style Mahi Mahi and Fried Rice
OT because I did this on the blackstone. Marinated thawed Kirkland brand Mahi Mahi in Pow Pow Sauce then threw together a batch of fried rice. I've never cooked Mahi and I'm not a big fan of fish. But this was excellent and I can't wait to see what else I can make with these frozen Mahi filets. Thanks for looking!

Very nice. I frequently cook Mahi Mahi at high heat (usually on a gas grill) with a sprinkling of Dizzy Pig's lemon and pepper mix ("Shaking' the Tree"). Makes a great fish taco.Weber Kettle, Weber Genesis Silver B, Medium Egg, KJ Classic (Black)

Oh the garlic mahi mahi at the International Market. Damn I miss that place.
Looked about the same, but had stir fried garlic, tomatoes and onions in it.

Rice was simple: soy sauce, butter, garlic, S&P, onion, green bell pepper and an egg. Fried it up on the blackstone first and set aside while the fish cooked. Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"
