Since yesterday was international no diet day (like it matters)I thought a nice 1-1/4” Ribeye would be just the ticket. Cooked indirect at 200 until 130 (about an hour) then set on a rack to rest while getting egg up to 650 (maybe 10 minutes. Seared both sides and plated with dollop of real butter and mushrooms reduced in more butter. Great way to end a Sunday Funday!
