Wings and veggies...

Morning All:

Tonight's menu was wings & roasted veggies...after brining the wings for a couple hours onto the Egg at about 225 indirect with cherry for smoke...rubs were Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle (flats), Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head & DP Red Eye Express...


Slowly let the Egg temp rise over the next two hours until about 350 for the last 30 minutes or so...pulled & ready to eat...


On the other Egg were the veggies consisting of parsnips, carrots, fingerling potatoes & beets along with a little onion & roasted garlic cloves...mix with olive oil & DP Shaking the Tree & salt...high in the dome at 400...
