Morning All:

Tonight was just having a simple, delicious meal...Kathy took 1.25# of ground beef, added some spices, roasted garlic & a few other items (Worcestershire & Molasses I think) wrapped in a piece of bacon to make a couple "hamburger steaks"...also took a couple sweet onions along with beef broth, butter & red wine (had run out of the Better than Bullion Beef mixture & neither one of us wanted to go to the store for just that)...the onions had been on for about an hour before adding the "steaks"...


about 20 minutes later (once "steaks" reached 150) all came off...my plate along with a hash brown & some red wine (Kathy also had some sautéed mushrooms)...


Simple can be so satisfying!
