Picked up a couple Primes. Cooked
raised direct at 300* until 115* IT. Then direct for a few minutes lid up reverse sear at around 550* until done. Kosher salt, cracked black, and EVOO. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    looks really good.

    For Easter, my son Sous Vide a whole beef tenderloin (well, enough for 4 x 2" filets) to 131, then seared on the Egg for a couple of minutes each side.  Turned out really good!!!
