I fired up the medium, and busted out the wok tonight. Those 2 are a match made in heaven 
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

    That process is basically how I do things. Everything cut up and prepared, and wok pre heated. Makes it all so easy.
