I'm entering a cooking competition tomorrow at work and decided to try pig candy.
Race Official: And now for the rules of the International, Chinese downhill: there are none.
Turn in time is tomorrow at 3pm.
I'm firing up the BGE now.
Other than under lock and key, how best to keep the pig candy till tomorrow at 3pm?

There is about ten thousand different recipes for pig candy. With that said, nine thousand nine hundred and ninty nine of them can be wrapped and stored in the fridge. A ziplock bag in the fridge works wonders as well.
