Found a Globe Chefmate GC512 listed on letgo for $750. Unit was somewhat disassembled with all the smaller parts in ziploc bags. I took a gamble hoping all the parts were there and paid $400. After a little research and elbow grease this is the finished product.

That thing is a beast. I have an older chefmate 10” that I paid $140 for. It’s a little workhorse but nothing like what you have here. I ran a very busy boar’s head deli with a globe 12 for a couple of years and it still looked new when we sold it.

Thanks all, I was just hoping all the pieces were there. After chipping up some ham for the trial run, I am pleased with the outcome. @The Cen-Tex Smoker, it is a beast compared to what I'm used to.
