Left alone again. Tried to make the most of it. Couldn’t locate the KA grinder attachment and had to use the Vitamix to grind.

Well, I married me a wife, she's been trouble all my life,
Run me out in the cold rain and snow -
I caramelized some onions, too. Planned to use the secret shared some time ago on the forum by @RRP but couldn’t locate the Worcestershire sauce. Used balsamic instead and I gotta say, the sweetness and snap added just the right balance and texture to a very rich burger.
Nor a terrible stay-at-home Saturday night, really.
