Does anyone have a good Brisket and Pasta recipe? Or a great Italian recipe I could just substitute the brisket in? Has anyone ever tried to cook Pasta on the egg?

No Recipe but I would wing it--Boil pasta, Do Not Rinse, reserve a cup of pasta water, Butter and EVO in a pan, toss in cubed brisket and brown up a bit, add pasta water to thicken...You should not have to season furtherVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

I’ve made this with short ribs before, it’s excellent. Just substitute in your brisket.
