Baby back ribs 1st try

This was my 1st attempt ever making ribs. Turned out awesome. Will definitely do this again. Cooked at 225 for 4 hours indirect. Did not wrap and then the last hour basted with sauce. Removed membrane about an hour before and sprinkled with kosher salt. Made my own rub. Didn’t measure but below is my best guess.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper

NICE!
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

BBRs on the BGE are difficult to beat. Awesome start, with many more great cooks coming your way."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Way to bring it home. Another endorsement for @tenpenny_05 's comment about keeping it simple. Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Nice work! I have two racks of baby backs on as I type this. They are tough to beat! Your rub sounds solid as well. What sauce did you go with?

Great looking ribs, I’ve got some on the BGE as we speak

Sauce was just kroger brand “private selection Texas inspired sauce” mixed with a little honey and brown sugar. I reduced it on the stove till it thickened.
