Egging in a Nor’Eastah!

Because I had a SRF Tenderloin roast in the fridge. Because we’re taking it on the chin again in Massachusetts to the tune of 15-18” of snow. And most importantly, because I like being married and owed SWMBO a top notch dinner after taking off on a hunting trip with the guys during Valentine’s Day.

Indirect at 275 till 105 internal. Pulled. Removed PS. Cranked heat to 700. Back on for the sear. Sliced, sprinkle of kosher salt. Nailed it. Now, back to my bourbon and shovel. Thanks for looking.

Nice cook!! One state south, we had only 4". I ate leftovers.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

100 miles can make a huge difference. Wonder how many are scratching their heads over "packy run"? Hey, when you're out, you're out. =)
