Monday’s suck. Flat Iron Steak makes them better!

Decided to throw some flat iron steaks on the egg for a quick meal. Seasoned with  Coopers BBQ Steak Seasoning and on they went at 600 degrees for about 3min per side till medium rare/medium.

Dallas Area, Tx    LBGE, 36" Stainless Blackstone Griddle, Contemplating which size Egg to get next. Cast Iron Hoarder.

    Looks WONDERFUL!  Something about medium-rare beef, just always makes my mouth water!  Great cook!
