Monday’s suck. Flat Iron Steak makes them better!

Options
Decided to throw some flat iron steaks on the egg for a quick meal. Seasoned with  Coopers BBQ Steak Seasoning and on they went at 600 degrees for about 3min per side till medium rare/medium.
