Pastrami is well worth the minimal effort. Corned brisket has been on sale all over this month. I followed the playing with smoke and fire recipe and finished in the pressure cooker.

    Nice. I have a 4.5 lb flat I just put in a brine last night. I'm going to smoke it next week. I hope it comes out as nice as yours.
