I am hooked. I can’t get enough of this stuff. I trimmed these up yesterday and just love the day marbling on them.

Question for the butchers. Is there a difference between skirt steak and flap meat? If so what is it? Thanks in advance.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser

Also if your part of a civic organization like the Lions, Masons, etc.. they will issue you one for charitable purposes. That's how I got mine!Snellville,Ga.

My local Costco doesn't always carry packer briskets, but my RD always has a pile of them. They also carry whole pork shoulders which are a fun cook if you're feeding 20 or so. Beef shoulder clods, huge beef rounds. Lots of good stuff.
