I went back and looked at the images Miichael was looking at. I had made sluts in the filets, to stuff some thinly sliced garlic I did, using a razor, inside them. The low and slow was just what that garlic needed to let go.blind99 said:great looking steak there!
filet is about the only cut at costco i've found they don't jaccard.
I have seen some whole tenderloins at Costco that were Jac carded. They are typically prepackaged.
