I just ordered 6 ( 2 orders of 3 bags) and they charged me $119.94 total....your mileage may vary. Give it a try

Looks like perhaps a limit of 4. I had 2 orders of 3 and got the $19.99 price on both orders. As an experiment, I put 6 on the same order and my cart showed 4 @ $19.99 and (2) at $24.99

Well crap.  I just order directly through Rockwood's website to save 10% over the weekend and it was still $24.25/bag.  That's hell of a deal.
