I brought My Beautiful Wife home from Mardi Gras. We stopped somewhere along the way, in Mississippi, at a place called Cotton Blue, for dinner. It was delicious, she had Sweet Potato cheesecake for desert.
It was an epic adventure for us, this year, for our Valentines celebration.

  • Take out pizza.  It was our Pinewood Derby for our church children's ministry so we had to eat and run.  In the adult division, I got a trophy for 2nd best design (future BB gun target).  My youngest, in her division, won a few races, but finished sixth I think.  Afterward, her car beat mine.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
