Given Phil saw his shadow, I can deal with six more weeks of this year's winter weather pattern, at least here in the Ohio valley, save the low temp runs.  I doubt I will be so fortunate.   
BTW- Pennsylvania's Punxsutawney Phil is the most well known, but their are others out there such as Georgia's General Beauregard Lee and Buckeye Chuck in Ohio.  Don't know how their shadow siting turned out.
