Leftover Brisket Soup

I know, I know, I lost some of you with "Leftover Brisket" - but it happened.
Sautee'd some onions & garlic in the InstantPot, then added about 2 lbs of frozen, shredded and cubed meat, some beef stock, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and then whatever sounded good from inside the fridge door - worcestershire, A-1 sauce, Tapatio and some horseradish. Finished off with some chili pepper flakes and some S&P.
15 minute cook time, natural release.
Great little pot of soup on the whim, in a hurry, for a lazy Saturday...
Thanks for looking!

I usually take any of the leftover brisket and make chili. Soup is good too, looks great."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

I was in Köln, Germany a few years ago. We wanted to catch the Super Bowl so we ended up at the Hard Rock Cafe.
Started at midnight or 1am, or something like that.
They advertised it as the "Large Match of American Football." The entire city was up for that game, the place was sold out, as was every spot in the city that had the game broadcast in their facility.
Amazing, they were all were wearing some sort of team memorabilia, from all the NFL teams.
It was cool walking out at 4 am and the city was electric, the party was just starting.
Green Bay won that game."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Only problem I see - the bowl is too small! Great job right there. Thanks for sharing.Ubi panis, ibi patria.
