Brisket heat up question

Hi All,
i cooked a 12lb brisket I sliced yesterday.  It will join a 15lb brisket I just cooked.  How do I heat up the other one without drying it out?

    Vacuum seal and warm/hot water, zip locks will work also. Just simmer the sealed bag in a pot of water. Works for me

    I usually just put the slices in a covered pan with some beef stock in the oven until warmed.
