Morning All:
MomT has been asking for me to do some ribs so last night was finally the time...did three racks of baby backs...the bottom rack has Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express, the top back rack has DP Pineapple Head & the top front rack Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle...
Here they are about 5 hours later...I normally go with dry rub only, but decided to put some of my BBQ sauce on half of two slabs just to be different...
Some of them sliced...
Invited our next door neighbor & my cousin & her husband over, added a few side dishes (potato salad, mixed veggies) and had a wonderful evening enjoying ribs with friends & family!

Great cook Jay, How did your guest like the wet ribs compare to the dry ribs?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Very nice. I’ve always done wet but decided
awhile ago that my next rib cook will be dry with sauce on the side. -
Nice smoke ring and a really good looking cook.
Ribs are a favorite at my home.

Good looking food. Hmmmm, Pineapple Head on ribs, sounds interesting. Love Pineapple Head on grilled corn but never tried it on ribs.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Looks great!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Morning All:
Thanks for the comments...
Hawg Fan -- my cousin's husband preferred the wet ribs (I had my sauce available & he added it to the dry ones on his second helping)
500 -- I've always preferred dry as usually the ribs I get at BBQ contests are so heavy with sauce (I am a KCBS Master Judge too).
Dave in Florida -- the PH is one my favorite rubs & we use it on pork & chicken a lot...for corn on the cob I brush on melted butter with DP Shaking the Tree mixed in.
Have a GREAT day!
