Wings, sausage and broccoli

Pretty low key tonight.  SV’d wings 171F@2hrs, nekked. Then dusted with Four 41 South Honeysuckle rub and finished on the egg.

Also, Mango Habanero chicken sausage with broccoli.

Big fan.  Perfect meat texture. Just a few mins on each side finishes the skin nicely too.  This could easily be don’t under the broiler also.
