I am embarking on new voyage with the Flame Boss.   WiFii is way cool!   have some ribs smoking to try this new gadget out!  Have my grilling buddy helping.

    Mine is a hawk. He is cropped out of 100% of the food pictures I post on here.

    Not judging , but not many people monitor the meat temp of ribs . Just time and bend test.  Each to their own however. On another note, enjoy the flame boss . I absolutely love it.

    I received it yesterday and had no need for a pork butt or something bigger/longer......so I wanted to cook something that would take a few hours and play with the instrumentation.   :)
