Smoked Salt in the M/LBGE

Greetings friends,

i smoked four pounds of pink Himalayan Salt - about a third in peach smoke in the medium, two thirds hickory smoke in the large. Tossing and spreading them around a bit every few hours at the lowest possible temp, indirect. Ruined my colander, but that just makes it dedicated for use again later.   

End result was worth it. Put them in little jars for the cooks in the family as an added homemade thought this holiday. 

Brandi made this dank Mac and cheese to go with our Christmas pulled pork — a few grinds of hickory to finish it off on top really blew the doors off the place.
