We had a chance to stop by B’s today. Really good Que! Slaw was a little sweet. I can see why it’s part of the BBQ Trail.

I lived in Greenville for a while. There was no B's then. Too bad, looks like a Q joint should look! If I ever make it back there, I'll definitely visit B's!

Maybe the sweet slaw is a local thing. I once found a recipe for Skylight Inn's slaw (about 15 miles from B's) and it was sickeningly sweet, at least for me. I was talking to one of the guys at Skylight later on and mentioned that I thought it was very sweet. He said, "Well, it's supposed to be sweet!"

@Carolina Q Skylight is awesome too. I would say B’s slaw is slightly sweeter...

Oh yeah, B’s is awesome. Gotta get there early though because when they are out, they are out. Went one time at like noon and they were already closing up lol. 

Fun fact, I think to this day B’s still has no phone on site.
