Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Not a recipe site, but I like Foodgawker. It has thousands of photos of anything you can imagine. Decent search function too. Search for roast chicken (4010 found) or potato leek soup (459) and it will show you pics of those things. Even has 433 entries for LIVER! Just a few descriptive words and a photo. Scroll til you find one that looks good, click on the photo and it takes you to the blog site of the recipe author.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

HowToBBQRight.com is Malcom Reed's site. Great site for recipes and videos to show how he does it.

I sort of hate to mention it because there are some here who are really down on the NY Times, but I really love the NY Times Cooking site, and have gotten a bunch of great recipes from it. It's also a bit of a downer that they now require a subscription. I subscribe to the NY Times anyway, so it's included for me, no extra cost. It might be worth looking to see if they have a free offer for a limited amount of time or something, just to check it out.

In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’ Dare to think for yourself. -
One that may go overlooked is the NY Times. A good food section with a lot of good recipes covering a variety of cooking and I love Melissa Clarke. I mean I really love Melissa Clarke.
The NY Times Mississippi Roast is a regular for me and my wife whenever chuckies go on sale.

Thug kitchen. WARNINg, their trailer is not for everyone. Sometimes when my wife is cooking I hear this burst of laughter and I know it's "thug" night. Their cook book is great read. Lots of healthy stuff
