Surprisingly, my XXL BGE would not accept my regular cooking grate so I had to improvise with an old cooling rack! I followed the recipe pretty closely but because most of the family doesn’t like beans, I am cooking them separately with a few dried nacho chili pods and will mix them in for those that like them.
