I believe @nolaegghead to his credit started the thread (Weds is the new Friday or something to that effect). I'm sure his last comment was that he just missed the Buffalo execution. When I checked out for a while it was entertaining, with a fair amount of political and prevert (sp intentional...) congressmen and senator wanna-be posts. Who knows the death knell. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I did a couple pork steaks (with a minced garlic/rosemary/EVOO marinade) last night on my LBGE. I was going to take a pix but the battery in my camera was dead. Maybe next time.
