So what does everyone use to brine their turkey? Brine bags in Home Depot bucket? Brine bag in Fridge drawer (not sure I want to try this). Was looking for something to fit into the fridge, temp up here on Wednesday night will be low of 26*.

The Briner - kind of pricey for a couple plastic buckets, however the hold down system is nice and it should last many years.

I’ve done all from a 5 gallon food safe bucket to using my yeti cooler and ice in a cold garage.
With those low temp- I certainly wouldn’t skip on putting outside in a cooler or bucket and feel safe with some ice.

Have you thought about dry brining instead? You'd just need a platter and some space for the bird in your refrigerator.Plymouth, MN

Find your local Asian food supermarket. I bought three huge aluminum cook pots there in Orlando. Two were five gallon and one was seven. Not all that pricey.

Five gallon insulated water jugs work well. Turkey and brine fit well, some ice in bags and every thing keeps cold.

I usually brine in a oven bag and use the bottom crisper drawer in the refrigerator as the container. Works great for me~ John - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

Here's what I posted recently on that brining apparatus subject.

“Always double bag it!” - my father. It’s possible he was talking about something else."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I've also used a little bit of everything. I have a few big pots, not sure of the size. If it gets too big I put it in a cooler.

There is another topic covering this. Here is my reply in that thread:
I use a XL ziploc bad inside a small cooler. Once the bird is in the bag with the brine and sealed, I stick some of the blue freezer packs between the bag and cooler. This brings the liquid level up and over the bird and ensure it stays cool. After the brining period, I remove the bag and cut a corner in the sink to drain it (who cares about the bag at that point) and cleanup is a breeze.
