I have a big slab of salmon on the Egg for a long slow smoke. What does everyone else have on the heat today?

Seafood day. Have some lobster tails and king crab legs from Costco to throw on the egg. Something simple before the more complex holiday cook this week.

Just fired up the Eggs. About to prep for “Friendsgiving” this afternoon.
Thanksgiving ABTs (turkey and cranberry sauce added to cream cheese).
Cloink balls (chicken meatballs).
Axis Deer Backstrap.
And bourbon. as @JohnInCarolina said....because, bourbon."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Simple tonight. Merguez sausage, potatoes and onions. Adult beverages.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Last night was my favorite of all meals - London Broil with a wine and mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. Since there was a lot of prep leading up to it I'm going easy today with a pot of chili using Cin Chili spices.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

Nothing on the BGE- playing with sticks with some protein. Time will tell.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Cold and windy here in Jawja.
Have some primo thick pork chops brining in a bourbon maple thyme mix to grill up. Gonna keep it easy with these and probably a tomahawk before we shut it down to prep for our annual 20 something People thanksgiving hosting.

@JohnEggGio - It is never too weather constrained to fire up the BGE. Don't know where you are located but fire it up and have at it. Mother Nature be da-ned. T-bone steak and baked potato on the Egg. Also tried a couple Rhodes "Brown-n-Serve" buns on a piece of foil, but I burned them; green beans quickly steamed, then sauteed in butter and garlic.
I didn't have any sour cream for the potato, so I added a glop of chip dip with dill, not chives; that's a keeper!

McDonald's... Kidding!
Trying pitbeef for first time. Sliced thin on Kaiser with horseradish Mayo, Ceasar salad and onion rings. Not the healthiest, but what the hell. -
