My best wings and drumsticks ever!

Best wings and drumsticks I have ever made tonight. Brined in salt, sugar, cayenne, garlic powder and onion powder. Patted dry and tossed with John Henry's Pecan Rub and corn starch. Set the egg up indirect and set the SMOBOT for 350. Cooked for a little over an hour. Crispy skin, awesome color, moist inside, slightly sweet and a little pepper bite. Even got a thumbs up from my 10 year old!
