Naan in the modified UUNI - OT

This was my first attempt at making naan and it took a little while to figure it out.  I finally got the oven temperature settled in at about 850 degrees to create the results I was looking for.  It only took 50 seconds to cook each piece of naan. The dough was stretched and then I pressed in some minced garlic and cilantro and brushed with butter and a sprinkle of kosher salt immediately after being removed from the oven.  I made a pizza for lunch out of one piece and we had some with dinner this evening.
