Not original, but fun....homemade Linguicia with cream cheese wrapped in bacon, cooked then wrapped with crescent dough and cooked again

  • Those are awesome, how did you make them?

@lkapigian - the Halloween poppers must take even more effort than routine ABT's.  Great idea for the season.  Most eggcellent.
As with @CigarCityEgger - how about more info on the deboned stuffed wings. I can see them as quite a crowd pleaser and inhaled in short order.

@lousubcap and @CigarCityEgger I have a link somewhere where I break it out. The whole wings are tougher because the are more ligaments , the drumette is not to bad I fllowed, @NPHuskerFL lollipop chicken then just take a clearer and lop off the bone leaving a handle....Stuff with whatever floats your boat

@lkapigian - thanks for the link.  Slow learner here as I infrequently debone a whole chix (Jaques Pepin) but with the challenges that presents I have never thought it thru to the above.  Someday when I feel industrious I will definitely give 'it a go.

No problem , just do poppers as usual, let them cool then wrap in croissant dough and bake again for about 10 minutes, let cool then do the eyes
