Peach Preserved Butt

Did a peach preserves butt (ala @YukonRon )last night, and still waiting for it to finish. Don't remember the size but it was a big one, at least over 9 lbs. Rubbed with BBBR cut 25% with Turbino. Covered with most of the jar of Smucker's. Probably going to put the rest in some Bush's beans (i'm too lazy to make my own!). Started right before 5 last night and held all night around 215F. Sitting at 189 right now, but I'm in no rush. The wife and boy are out of town this week, so I'm doing my version of meal prep! 

Last night/today: pulled pork
Today: put a belly in Meathead's Maple Bacon cure
Tomorrow: Pepper Stout Beef (but going to try Dr. Pepper instead of beer, so Pepper Pepper Beef?)
