Atlantic Cod Panko style.
Getting the flour, eggs, and panko ready. A little salt and pepper and Old Bay.
Fish -> Flour -> Eggs -> Panko

Mini Max all ready to go with heated pan and fish on.

Flipped over

Pan was getting too hot, so went indirect to finish around internal 145

On the plate with a salad ....

Not everyone was thrilled about the salad.

The fish was great!
Thanks for looking.

Fantastic looking cook!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Lovely looking fish, going to try this one out. The cod version of scotch eggs I guess.
