Batchin Supper - Wangs - Wangs and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

On the extender on the large at 350 direct for 2hr for the wangs and 45min for the bacon wrapped shrimp.

Lower 4 wings hit with Swamp Venom and Wang Sauce the last 10mins. The bacon n shrimp were hit with Jamacian Jerk and the top 4 wings were hit with 50/50 of this. Prolly my new wing favorite

Diamond plate for another win. I'm surprised with the wang run-time very raised direct at 350*F. I run with the same set-up and always have the wangs hit the finish-line at around 45-55 minutes. You must have much more manly wangs. Regardless, killer cook. Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Beautiful cook. I do love wings on the BGE, and I never can get enough. Upping the game with bacon wrapped shrimp, is spectacular as a diamond shaped plate, oh wait.....
