Beef Ribs with Grilled Okra
Beef ribs from my BIL's CAB he gave us. They came individually cut. BBQ1 brisket rub egged with some white oak charcoal @northGAcock gave me. Grilled the okra hot and fast and N made a dipping sauce from a recipe we saw in Fine Cooking. A good Sunday at the lake.

Slice it down the middle with a sharp knife to about 1/2" of the top. Grill hot for about 5 minutes turning once.
