1c h2o, 2/3 cup bourbon, 1/2 c soy, .25 cup brown sugar, 3T l&p, 2T lemon juice. Soaked over night. Served with fresh peas, butter beans & corn.

I haven't used the bourbon soy marinade in years, maybe 20. It is DAMN good and a ribeye is the perfect protein. We used it a lot for whole ribeyes for large parties. Thanks for posting. It's now on the list again.
