Smoked Chicken Nachos (and Hatch Chilis)

Had some friends over and they requested some nachos.
So, I used some Meat Church Fajitaish rub courtesy of @tonyled and the rub exchange on a chicken and smoked with apple wood on the Joetisserie.
Then made some Mexican street corn and jalapeños. (I did hatch chilis as well yesterday morning but left my phone in the truck)
Then did blue and yellow corn tortillas, the corn, jalapeños and hatch chilies, avocado, cheese, grape tomatoes, black beans, smoked chicken, BBQ sauce cilantro and sour cream.

Wow, outstanding. Getting harder to resist the Joetisserie.

Wow! That looks incredible.

What a banquet right there. Nailed that one for sure. Great combination of ingredients. Your friends will be back tonight for another round.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Be careful. Cooking like that will get you stragglers not wanting to ever leave your house!

@Stormbringer I probably wouldn't have gone out and just bought one for myself but I gotta say this thing is really growing on me. I'm going to buy the basket attachment. I think that will be where I really get my use out of it.
@lousubcap unfortunately no friends tonight! Family is coming over for dinner.
I'm sure the food will be great but no doubt somebody will get stabbed with a fork in an argument over braising vs smoking a spare rib."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

This meal, is what Great Americans create for their friends and family. You, sir, exemplify that honor. I got a bare space in my front yard, since I cut down the dogwood, that would be perfect for a statue.
Just sayin'.
Maybe a wood carving. Or maybe a picture.
Any way, damn fine meal Adam.

@YukonRon don't bother. Someone would inevitably be offended by avocados and tear it down.
Then someone would tear another statue down in the name of avocados and well...this country just can't have another avocado war, ya know?
And I have a bottle of Woodford and some leftover cookies sitting here on the counter. You are welcome any time!!"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@Killit_and_Grillit how was the rub? Never used it. I have used Dizzy Pig version and I like it.

@six_egg I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting it to be strong or salty but it was subtle.
I would buy it again. I think I like it better than the Dizzy."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
