Played Billy Joel on Spotify and Sonos while cooking some pies. 500* on the raised indirect, feet down, Primo glazed pizza stone. 10-15 minutes cook time. Attempted to "dome" them at the end of the cook to finish the top, by lifting them off the stone with the peel while holding the dome open a little. Moderately successful at that.

I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
